My path into notary work wasn't a straight line, and that's exactly what shapes the way I work today.
Before becoming a notary, I spent over 20 years in healthcare compliance and operations, where accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism weren't optional. They were expected. I worked with complex documentation, time-sensitive situations, and processes where getting it right the first time truly mattered.
That experience naturally carried over into my work as a notary. But it was a deeply personal moment that solidified my purpose. After losing two dear family members on the same day, I saw firsthand how important proper planning and notarized documents are in protecting families from unnecessary stress. That experience is why I show up to every appointment with patience, care, and genuine attention to what my clients are going through.
